The HR Associate will be responsible for executing various human resources functions including recruitment, staff orientation, employee relations, and administrative duties. You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure that our staff has an excellent experience from the hiring process through their career development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, screening, interviewing to final selection.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with respective departments.
- Handle internship programs: manage intern onboarding, monitor their progress, and assist in the evaluation for permanent placement.
Onboarding and Training:
- Facilitate the orientation process for new hires.
- Coordinate with departments for training needs and ensure proper training materials are available.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by employees.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
- Manage employee data and generate reports as needed.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the performance review process.
- Help managers in understanding and implementing company policies and procedures.
Other duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize company events or workshops).
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.
