Oversee the operations of the Karachi office.
Closely coordinate, update Section collaborate, communicate, report, and seek divisional authority's approval for all important matters and assignments.
Developing strategies and setting goals to hit fundraising targets. Establish fundraising goals and launch fundraising drives to address the READ Foundation's financial needs.
Engage high net worth donors for stewardship and donation.
Deliver workable ideas to hit the dreaded annual targets and then turn it into reality.
Exploring different Online tools for fundraising.
Using a range of promotional methods and campaigns, to raise money either from generous individuals or secured grants.
Develop a mapping document and coordinate with the fundraising team for available options in the market.
Keep close liaison with the donors and well-wishers of the organization.
Expand donor base; motivates existing donors to become long-term partners.
Prepare proposals, concept papers, estimates, and feedback for donors; annual and periodical performance reports for READ; prepares annual budget and annual plan, distributes task-oriented targets to each team member and ensures productivity.
Arrange visits, briefings, social functions for donors and field staff on need basis.
Hosting fundraising and awareness creating events such as Fundraising Dinner, Educational walks, Seminars, Concerts, Close circle meetings, etc.
Ensure that the fundraising initiatives such as: Taleem Dost, Sadqa box, Educate a child box, stalls etc. are being executed as per the plan – development, installation, amount collection.
Identify Prospective key markets for potential fundraising targets.
Communicate and coordinate with international and national donors for soliciting funds.
Establish National chapters, provide technical assistance and develop long-lasting relationships.
Research, communicate and coordinate public and private grant agencies and donor organizations to identify and solicit funding for educational development.
Plan and execute solicitation for establishing endowments.
Prepare a comprehensive list of individual donors in and outside Pakistan for funding solicitation.
Prepare annual/quarterly work plans and reports.
Participates in program planning and review meetings to review past achievements and future possibilities.
Report respective concerns to respective supervisors.
Any other task assigned by supervisors.
