The closer is responsible for generating leads by providing excellent customer service. It requires relationship-building with customers. Finalizing financial deals with clients. Meeting deadlines for each task assigned by the supervisor or manager. Maintain accurate records of tasks performed on daily bases. Required to take Sales and Escalation calls from the agents in our outbound sales department.
What We are Looking For:
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Should be target-oriented, hard-working, and punctual.
- Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience in a US campaign.
