RA Services (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Data Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, and proficient skills in Microsoft Excel. This role focuses on maintaining accurate and comprehensive data records, supporting operational efficiency, and enabling informed decision-making within the company. Attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to handle data effectively are essential for success in this position. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing data input, validating data quality, and generating reports as required by various departments. The position does not involve team management, allowing the individual to focus on data handling and system updates. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with other departments to streamline data processes and ensure that all information is current and accessible for business needs.
Responsibilities

Manage and update data within CRM and ERP systems accurately and timely to support business operations.
Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain the integrity and consistency of information.
Generate and compile data reports using Microsoft Excel to assist in analysis and strategic planning.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and ensure accurate data input and correct discrepancies.
Maintain organized records and databases to facilitate easy data retrieval and usage.
Support continuous improvements in data management processes through feedback and system recommendations.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information at all times.
Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure data accessibility and reliability.
Assist in the design and implementation of data entry protocols and standard operating procedures.
Provide technical support and training to colleagues on CRM, ERP, and Excel functionalities when required.
