As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for managing online customer interactions through live chat sessions during the night shift from 10pm to 8am PKT. You will be required to provide prompt and professional customer service, answer customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. The job requires working 10 hours a day, 5 days a week from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through live chat sessions during the night shift in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company's policies and procedures
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer interactions at once to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's software and tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth workflow.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or individual.
  • Meet or exceed departmental goals and objectives for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity,


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other tools commonly used in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work the night shift from 10pm to 8am PKT, 10 hours a day, 5 days a week
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (MS Office, CRM software) and ability to learn new software and tools quickly
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and will include a performance-based commission. In addition, our company offers an annual increment based on performance and, paid time off.
