We aee seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist with Customer Support Representative (CSR) experience to manage front-desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and hospital staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry in the hospital management system.
- Provide information about hospital services, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for smooth workflow.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.
- Manage front desk operations, including correspondence, documentation, and filing.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2 years in a receptionist or customer service role (Healthcare experience is a plus).
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and hospital management systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and customer-centric approach.
