Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer - Experienced

We are seeking experienced RF Optimisation Engineers to join a leading telecommunications organization supporting large-scale mobile network operations. The successful candidates will possess strong expertise in RF optimisation, network performance analysis, and KPI improvement across GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies. The primary focus will be on enhancing network quality, coverage, capacity, and stability to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and maintain network stability.
- Perform RF optimisation activities for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks.
- Conduct event-based network optimisation and performance assurance tasks.
- Utilise BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for detailed analysis and reporting.
- Develop and implement action plans aimed at enhancing network coverage, capacity, and overall quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in RF optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network functionalities.
- In-depth understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.
- Proficiency in network analysis and optimisation tools.
