We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Radio Host and Advertising Sales Assistant. This full-time, fully remote position is perfect for someone with a confident and engaging radio voice, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in broadcasting, marketing, and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting radio programs and supporting advertising sales activities, ensuring all broadcasts are delivered professionally and on time. Attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are critical in this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities
- Host and present scheduled radio programs with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Develop and prepare program content, including topics, scripts, announcements, and interview questions.
- Coordinate with guests and conduct live or pre-recorded interviews.
- Ensure all programs start and end according to the broadcast schedule.
- Record promotional messages, advertisements, and station announcements as needed.
- Reach out to prospective advertisers to introduce available advertising opportunities.
- Follow up with potential clients and assist in closing advertising sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed advertisements.
- Promote radio programs and advertisers on social media platforms when required.
- Collaborate closely with management and the production team to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional broadcasting, marketing, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Clear, confident, and engaging speaking voice suitable for radio broadcasting.
- Passion for radio, broadcasting, media, or entertainment industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
- Comfortable making sales calls and engaging with potential advertisers.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital communication tools.
- Access to a reliable computer, quality microphone or headset, and high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet and professional home-working environment.
- Familiarity with video conferencing software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in radio hosting, voice-over work, sales, or media is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fully remote work opportunity with a flexible schedule.
- Positions available for hosting programs in both Urdu and English languages.
- Monthly salary of PKR 30,000.
