Radiology Incharge

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiology Incharge to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site managerial role is ideal for a professional with at least five years of relevant experience in radiology. The position involves overseeing the daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high standards of patient care, and managing both staff and equipment. The role operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of 80,000 to 120,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all radiology department activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of imaging equipment, ensuring all devices are functioning optimally and safely.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards related to radiology practices.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and workflow to maximize department productivity and minimize wait times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and imaging reports.
- Lead, train, and evaluate radiology staff to promote professional development and high-quality service.
- Monitor and improve service quality, addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate integrated patient care.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiology, with a proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of radiology equipment, imaging techniques, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage staff and departmental operations effectively.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Good communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
