We are looking to expand our team and is hiring for two exciting positions: Financial Consultant and Sales Advisor. Ideal candidates should be proactive, motivated, and ready to contribute to our dynamic and growing team, offering exceptional service to UK-based clients.
Key Requirements:
- ACCA/Financial background preferred
- Fluent English (spoken, written, listening)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized and analytical
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- 1+ year in collections, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-driven, energetic, and proactive
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls and conduct financial reviews
- Assist clients with budgeting and setting payment plans
- Build strong client relationships
- Handle data with confidentiality and accuracy
- Conduct client income/expenditure reviews
- Negotiate and manage repayment plans
- Follow up on payments
- Maintain accurate and organized records
Shift Timings (PKT, Monday to Friday):
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Note: Saturdays will be rotational.
