Salesman

Rajpoot Mobiles and Laptop is seeking a dedicated Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales and be proficient in Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation. This role requires managing a team of five individuals, ensuring efficient sales operations and excellent customer service. The Salesman will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our range of mobile phones and laptops. This position is best suited for candidates living outside the city, offering meal and accommodation benefits. The successful applicant must possess a valid CNIC and demonstrate a proactive approach to driving sales targets, coordinating team activities, and maintaining high standards of customer interaction. Working closely with the team, the Salesman will play a key role in increasing revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction at Rajpoot Mobiles and Laptop.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of five sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Apply effective negotiation techniques to close sales and maximize company revenue.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to track, analyze, and improve customer interactions.
Organize and oversee sales activities, ensuring the team follows company policies and delivers excellent customer service.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets or customer segments.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management regarding market trends and team performance.
Coordinate meal and accommodation arrangements for team members as applicable.
Ensure all team members comply with documentation requirements, including verification of valid CNICs.
Stay informed about Rajpoot Mobiles and Laptops product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
