We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Accounts Executive to join our team. This role requires a well-organized individual with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoicing and payment collections
- Assist in budget preparation and tracking of departmental expenses.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors during audit processes.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and account analysis.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, ACCA
