Responsibilities

Drive trailers and heavy vehicles safely on assigned routes within Saudi Arabia.
Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS navigation and route planning tools.
Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
Secure cargo using appropriate methods to prevent movement or damage during transit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks reflecting hours driven, vehicle condition, and trip details.
Comply with all Saudi Arabian traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Practice defensive driving techniques to anticipate and avoid potential hazards on the road.
Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo when necessary, ensuring safety and integrity.
Manage time effectively to complete deliveries within designated schedules and deadlines.
Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
Ensure personal physical and medical fitness to meet the demands of heavy vehicle operation.
Handle trip allowances and salary documentation according to company policies.
