Range Empire is seeking a skilled Video Editor with at least one year of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is proficient in video editing, audio editing, and media management, capable of transforming raw footage into engaging and polished video content. This role requires attention to detail and creativity to ensure high-quality production that aligns with the company’s standards and client expectations. The Video Editor works independently to deliver projects on time while maintaining strong communication with other team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting or online publication.
• Manipulate and edit video and audio segments to create cohesive and compelling narratives.
• Manage media assets effectively, ensuring proper organization and storage of all files.
• Collaborate with creative teams and clients to understand project goals and deliver according to specifications.
• Apply color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects as needed to enhance video quality.
• Ensure final outputs meet technical specifications and are compatible with various platforms.
• Review and revise edits based on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve editing quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to deadlines and project schedules to support timely delivery of video content.
• Communicate progress effectively, reporting any challenges to project managers or supervisors.
