Backlinks / Link Building Specialist – Shad Bagh

Rankdrill is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Backlinks / Link Building Specialist to join our digital marketing team in Shad Bagh. This position focuses on enhancing our online visibility by implementing effective link-building strategies that adhere to best SEO practices. The successful candidate will have between two to four years of experience specifically in off-page SEO activities such as guest posting, web 2.0 submissions, profile creation, article submissions, and forum engagement. They should demonstrate both deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in backlink research and competitor analysis to build high-quality backlinks that improve domain authority and search engine rankings. As a critical contributor to Rankdrills SEO initiatives, the specialist will work independently to manage daily backlink quality monitoring and ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met. This role demands strong research skills, proficiency in using tools like Google Sheets and Excel to track and report link-building activities, and the ability to optimize anchor text and link placement strategies. While this position does not involve managing a team, collaboration with content marketers and SEO analysts is essential to align link-building campaigns with broader marketing goals.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive backlink analysis and competitor link research to identify and exploit link-building opportunities.
Develop and execute link-building strategies that incorporate guest posting, profile creation, article submissions, web 2.0, and forum engagement to enhance domain authority and organic search rankings.
Perform keyword research to support contextual and relevant link placements, optimizing anchor text for maximum SEO impact.
Assess backlink quality meticulously and ensure adherence to Googles quality guidelines to avoid penalties and sustain long-term SEO performance.
Maintain detailed records of link-building activities using Google Sheets or Excel, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reporting of progress against daily targets.
Collaborate with content marketing teams to create link-worthy content assets and coordinate on outreach efforts to secure high-quality links.
Regularly review and update backlink profiles and resolve issues related to toxic links or penalties, conducting disavow processes where necessary.
Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and link-building techniques to continually refine strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Meet daily and monthly backlink acquisition targets while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Manage and prioritize multiple link-building projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
