Some of the Job Responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Look after new Tenders / Visits / Attend Tender Opening
- Should be able to travel within city and out of the city
- Maintain a record of all tenders
- Maintain a record of all projects
- Should be able to seach Tenders through different sources i.e. websites, newspapers & etc.
- Assist to prepare all the tender documents for the Head of Dept.
Any other tasks/assignments given by management
