Sales and Marketing

Ravi Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to lead and manage our sales efforts within the printing and packaging industry for barcode labels in rolls. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience and proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to optimize sales processes and enhance customer relationships. The position involves planning and executing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales negotiation and have significant knowledge of the printing and packaging market. As a leader, this person will foster a collaborative team environment, monitor team performance, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded by effectively managing resources and activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the printing and packaging industry.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer databases, track sales activities, and analyze customer trends.

Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets with a focus on continuous improvement.
