We are looking for a Customer services - Recovery Officer
Job Description:
- Make Calls to our Clients. Collections officers attempt to locate and contact clients, primarily over the phone, in order to talk with them about their debts.
- Negotiate Payment Schedules and inform them about the complications.
- Advise Customers and Maintain Customer recovered.
- Prepare Statements and Invoicing
Purpose:
- The Recovery Officer is responsible for the collection of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings commencing, negotiating payments/payment arrangements, handling debtor inquiries and provides administrative assistance to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Credit Recovery Officers are required to resolve past due accounts for an organization.
- Credit Recovery Officers are responsible for contacting debtors by phone, resolve all queries and intimate concerns department on time.
- Responsible for calling credit customers who were over 30 days past due to set up payment plans.
- Take incoming calls from credit customers to answer questions and make payment arrangements.
- Assists in developing guidelines for special recovery projects that were initiated from time to time.
Skills:
- Exceptionally strong communication and negotiation skills
- Dedicated to recovering debt that is rightfully owed
- Strong ability to work with reliable customers
- Responsible employee who understands credit collections guidelines
- Reliable employee willing to work as many hours as necessary
