The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
If you have a little bit of experience in cold calling to international markets (UK, EU, USA, Canada), generating leads and converting prospects and can be persistent must apply NOW!
Your day-to-day task:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound (cold) calls in a timely manner.
- Keep records of all conversations in the CRM, schedule tasks for future and create a sales pipeline.
- Prospecting clients from the leads already assigned and researching for more leads through secondary research
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Product knowledge will be given. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills are mandatory. If you have plastic raw materials experience, it’s a bonus.
Timings:
11 am to 8 pm Monday to friday
12-4pm on Saturdays
