This is a full-time hybrid role (onsite/remote) for a Business Development Manager at Raxorth Industrial Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. located in Lahore. The responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include: identifying business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve revenue targets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for growth
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the IT industry is preferred
- Experience in international business is a plus.
