We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead lead generation and sales initiatives for our cybersecurity services portfolio, which includes penetration testing, security assessments, configuration reviews, and other offensive and defensive security services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in international markets (outside of Pakistan), building client relationships, and contributing to our growth in the global cybersecurity sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through outbound efforts including cold outreach, networking, online channels, and partnerships.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for cybersecurity consulting and testing services.
Engage with potential clients to understand their security needs, present tailored service offerings, and close deals.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to translate client needs into solutions, proposals, and statements of work.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, communications, and progress using CRM tools.
Research and explore innovative lead generation strategies suited to remote international sales.
Represent the company in online meetings, demos, and proposals with potential clients.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity needs in target regions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or a related technical field.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with international clients.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively.
Demonstrated initiative in lead generation and understanding the full sales cycle.
Familiarity with cybersecurity terms, services, and frameworks (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, ISO 27001, etc.) is a strong plus.
Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, email automation, and virtual collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience selling technical services to clients in the US, UK, EU, or Middle East.
Knowledge of the cybersecurity consulting market, industry trends, and client expectations.
Existing network of contacts or prospects in cybersecurity or related domains.
