Accounts Manager

Ray Medix is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the companys financial operations and accounting functions. In this role, you will manage the entire accounting team, consisting of 5 members, ensuring smooth handling of all daily accounting activities and financial processes. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining strict adherence to tax and statutory compliance. Your keen eye for detail and strong financial acumen will support strategic financial planning and decision-making at the management level. The ideal candidate possesses up to seven years of experience in accounting, holds a B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, CA (Part-qualified), or equivalent qualification, and demonstrates an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and practices. Your expertise with accounting software and ERP systems, combined with excellent leadership skills, will help coordinate efforts across departments, auditors, banks, and vendors. You will also ensure that all financial activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards while fostering an environment of accuracy and accountability within your team.
Responsibilities

Manage overall accounting and financial operations to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Supervise, guide, and support a team of 5 accounting professionals to maintain workflow efficiency and productivity.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and ledgers to provide clear financial insights.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for accurate and timely transactions.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, bank reconciliations, and financial forecasting to support business goals.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company financial policies.
Review vouchers, invoices, and all financial transactions for accuracy and proper authorization.
Coordinate audit activities with external auditors and internal teams to facilitate smooth auditing processes.
Liaise with banks, vendors, and management for financial transactions and reporting requirements.
Provide detailed financial analysis and support management with data-driven decision-making.
Maintain and improve accounting systems, including ERP and accounting software usage, for operational excellence.
Develop and implement procedures and controls that strengthen financial reporting and accuracy.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the accounting team.
