Responsibilities
Leading healthcare company in Canada is looking call center staff for their remote office at Islamabad. Ideal candidates must be able to speak English fluently and have excellent communication (verbal, written and listening skills). Full training with pay will be provided.
Job Requirements
- Spoken English Level: Fluent
- Excellent customer service skills
- MS Office Knowledge especially, Excel
- Call Center Experience.
- Give attention to small details.
- Able to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a bigger team.
- Ability to complete task within a timely manner.
- Identify target audience.
- Ability to handle customer calls and difficult situations.
- Marketing and sales experience
- Able to do any other task by the management.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Commerce, Management or Hospitality industry.
Experience: Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: (Full Time) Permanent
Working Hours: 8 PM to 4:30 AM (From Monday to Saturday)
