Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including ductless mini-split systems, central air conditioning units, and window units.
- Inspect systems and identify any faults or problems, providing recommendations for repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, as well as testing and adjusting system components.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and perform repairs quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of necessary parts and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and education.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited HVAC program or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in AC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
