The RCM Leader role at UtreatiBill is a full-time, on-site position located in Islamabad. This position is responsible for managing the entire revenue cycle process, including charge capture, coding oversight, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up. The RCM Leader will supervise and mentor the revenue cycle teams, monitor key performance indicators, and implement process improvements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursements. Daily tasks involve coordinating with clients and internal teams, resolving complex billing and coding issues, preparing management reports, and supporting strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Staying current with payer policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices is also a critical part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout charge capture, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Lead, mentor, and manage RCM teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve complex billing and coding issues.
- Prepare detailed management reports to inform leadership and support decision-making.
- Support strategic initiatives that drive operational improvements and increase client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer policies, regulatory changes, and best practices in medical billing and revenue cycle management.

Required Qualifications

- Proven leadership and team management experience in revenue cycle, medical billing, or coding environments.
- Strong proficiency in medical billing workflows, including charge entry, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable recovery.
- Hands-on experience with EHR and Practice Management systems, with the ability to adapt to various platforms and client-specific environments.
- Solid understanding of medical coding principles and payer regulations, with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting financial and operational data to drive improvements.
- Effective communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear guidance.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in revenue cycle management or medical billing/coding are preferred.
- Prior leadership experience in medical billing, RCM, or healthcare operations is strongly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Islamabad and collaborate with global teams and clients.
