RCM Manager

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, responsible for managing the entire revenue cycle process for healthcare clients. This includes overseeing claim submissions, payment posting, denial analysis, and accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities
The RCM Manager will lead and mentor a team of billing and revenue cycle staff, assigning workloads and monitoring performance metrics to drive operational efficiency. Daily tasks involve coordinating with clients, payers, and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with payer guidelines. The role requires maintaining up-to-date documentation and implementing process improvements to optimize revenue cycle operations. Additionally, the manager will prepare detailed reports, forecast revenue trends, and support senior management in strategic decision-making related to billing and collections.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes, including patient billing, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management.
- Experience with medical billing systems, practice management software, and knowledge of healthcare payer requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to utilize spreadsheets or business intelligence tools to monitor key performance indicators.
- Proven leadership skills, including staff supervision, mentoring, workload planning, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, payers, and internal teams.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards, including documentation requirements and payer policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in RCM or medical billing are advantageous.
- Prior experience in a medical billing or revenue cycle management leadership role within a healthcare or billing services organization.
