RCM Specialist

CareManagement Solutions is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialists. In this role, you will support U.S.-based healthcare providers by managing various aspects of medical billing to ensure accurate claims submission and timely payments. Your efforts will directly contribute to the financial stability and operational success of healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities
- Submit and process medical claims accurately and efficiently to ensure prompt reimbursement.
- Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks to confirm patient coverage before billing.
- Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up to monitor outstanding payments and expedite collections.
- Manage claim denials by investigating issues and handling resubmissions to maximize revenue recovery.
- Post payments and reconcile accounts to maintain financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain billing accuracy while meeting established productivity targets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in U.S. medical billing or Revenue Cycle Management is highly advantageous.
- Strong computer proficiency with excellent attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Good command of English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds, including graduates, Intermediate, O Level, and A Level.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Location: Cherry’s Plaza, DHA Phase 7, Karachi.
- Work Mode: Full-time, on-site position.
- Shift Timing: Night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
- Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs150,000 per month, complemented by a fuel allowance.
