RCM Team Lead

Transmute Group is expanding its operations in Lahore and is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Team Lead to oversee and develop a billing team handling multiple medical specialties. This role involves managing the end-to-end revenue cycle processes while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with payer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US medical billing, leadership experience, and the ability to drive team performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of billing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Oversee the full revenue cycle including charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, accounts receivable (AR), and denial management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clean claim rate, days in AR, denial rate, and collections to ensure optimal financial outcomes.
- Manage escalated denials, appeals, and complex payer issues to maximize revenue recovery.
- Assign workloads effectively and ensure client deadlines are consistently met.
- Prepare detailed performance and AR reports for both management and clients, providing insights and recommendations.
- Develop, refine, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance (QA) processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in US medical billing and revenue cycle management.
- At least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Experience working across multiple medical specialties, with a comprehensive understanding of various billing requirements.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, modifiers, and payer-specific guidelines.
- In-depth familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer processes.
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis, particularly using Excel for AR aging and performance metrics.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs140,000 to Rs175,000.
