RCM/Medical Billing Specialist

We are looking for motivated professionals with a strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) who are interested in developing a career in the medical billing industry. This role focuses on managing various facets of medical billing and claims processing within the US healthcare system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage US Healthcare RCM and medical billing processes.
- Submit claims, post payments, and conduct accounts receivable (AR) follow-up.
- Investigate and resolve rejected or denied claims by identifying billing discrepancies.
- Communicate with insurance companies to ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims.
- Maintain billing accuracy and consistently achieve assigned productivity goals.
- Adhere to healthcare billing regulations and HIPAA compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM or Medical Billing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US medical billing and insurance procedures.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evening or night shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certification in Medical Billing or RCM is an advantage.
- Shift options:
- Shift A: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Shift B: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
