R&D and Prototypist specialist

3D Cube Design Studio, located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi, is seeking a dedicated R&D & Prototyping Specialist to join our full-time, on-site team. We specialize in transforming innovative concepts into manufacturable products, and we need a hands-on professional who thrives on building, testing, troubleshooting, and refining physical prototypes. This role involves working closely with mechanical and electromechanical components, utilizing 3D printing technology, and collaborating across multiple disciplines to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and assemble mechanical and electromechanical prototypes.
- Operate 3D printing equipment and contribute to prototype development processes.
- Conduct functional testing, take precise measurements, and validate prototype performance.
- Perform reverse engineering on components and products to understand and improve designs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to prototypes and mechanical systems.
- Create or modify basic CAD models and technical drawings to support prototype iterations.
- Utilize workshop and machine-shop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with basic electronics prototyping and testing tasks.
- Document experiments, test results, modifications, and overall development progress thoroughly.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, electronics, and prototyping teams to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or DAE holders in relevant technical fields.
- B.Tech or Engineering graduates with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or related disciplines.
- Candidates with relevant technical or workshop experience demonstrating practical skills.
- Individuals possessing equivalent hands-on experience and practical knowledge in prototyping and R&D environments.
- Strong practical capability and a problem-solving mindset are valued more than formal qualifications alone.
