R&D and Prototypist specialist

3D Cube Design Studio is seeking a dedicated R&D & Prototyping Specialist to join our team at Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on in transforming innovative concepts into manufacturable products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building, testing, troubleshooting, and improving physical prototypes, contributing directly to product development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and assemble mechanical and electromechanical prototypes.
- Utilize 3D printing technology and develop prototypes accordingly.
- Conduct functional testing, perform measurements, and validate prototype performance.
- Perform reverse engineering on components and products to understand and improve designs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to prototypes and mechanical systems.
- Create or modify basic CAD models and technical drawings.
- Operate workshop and machine-shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with basic electronics prototyping and testing tasks.
- Document experiments, test results, modifications, and overall development progress thoroughly.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, electronics, and prototyping teams to ensure seamless product development.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or DAE holders in relevant technical fields.
- B.Tech or Engineering graduates with applicable knowledge.
- Candidates with relevant technical or workshop experience.
- Individuals possessing equivalent practical experience and strong hands-on skills.
