R&D Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage technical documents for regulatory license variations, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance with market requirements.
- Conduct analytical chemistry testing, process data, and generate reports for stability studies on products distributed globally.
- Participate in, and potentially lead, formulation activities and raw material management to support successful R&D projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to advance global R&D initiatives, particularly focusing on gastrointestinal products.
- Maintain effective communication with your line manager and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple global R&D sites.

Required Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage projects of varying sizes with diligence and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills, capable of offering advice and best practice guidance.
- Demonstrated innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset within scientific environments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing quality while meeting deadlines.
