R&D Executive – Research & Development

SAMA ENGINEERING is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive with strong English communication skills and a passion for research, innovation, and product development. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Research & Development, although talented fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. This role involves contributing to the advancement of packaging machines and processing systems through research and collaboration with various departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, new materials, products, and industry trends to support innovation.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of packaging machinery and processing systems.
- Prepare technical reports, research documentation, and presentations in English with clarity and professionalism.
- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and other relevant teams on R&D projects to ensure alignment and progress.
- Maintain accurate research records, technical documentation, and provide regular project updates.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation of new concepts and solutions to validate feasibility and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills are essential for effective communication and documentation.
- Strong research capabilities combined with analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for report preparation and presentations.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information and prepare professional reports.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn with a collaborative mindset.
