R&D Executive - Korangi

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fragrance Formulation Assistant to join our team in Korangi. The successful candidate will support the lead perfumer and fragrance chemists in developing and refining fragrance formulations across a variety of product bases such as shampoos, soaps, air fresheners, lotions, and detergents. This full-time role requires hands-on involvement in preparing raw materials, conducting experiments, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the formulation process.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fragrance formulations in multiple bases, ensuring alignment with client briefs and market demands.
- Assist the lead perfumer in creating and refining fragrance compositions.
- Measure, mix, and prepare raw materials accurately according to established formulations and quality standards.
- Prepare samples for testing by diluting fragrances and creating different product formulations.
- Support fragrance chemists and perfumers in research and development activities, including conducting experiments and developing new formulations.
- Record and organize experimental data meticulously to facilitate further analysis.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning of all tools and instruments.
- Participate in sensory testing and quality control processes to evaluate fragrance characteristics and performance.

Required Qualifications
- A degree in Chemistry is mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Korangi.
