React Js Engineer

We are looking for a proficient React.js developer to lead the technical design and implementation of new products and feature enhancements. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive user interfaces. This role demands close collaboration with the development team to effectively translate application requirements into seamless front-end solutions that meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full life-cycle development including planning, coding, testing, and deployment of front-end applications.
- Collaborate with team members to discuss and refine user interface ideas and application designs.
- Review application requirements and interface designs to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
- Identify and implement interactive web-based features to improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain highly responsive UI components using React.js and related technologies.
- Follow and enhance coding standards to ensure maintainable and high-quality code.
- Write clean, efficient JavaScript code adhering to React.js workflows.
- Troubleshoot and debug interface software to resolve issues promptly.
- Profile and optimize application performance and maintain coding best practices.
- Design and implement front-end architecture to support UI concepts effectively.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services through RESTful APIs.
- Continuously monitor and improve front-end performance.
- Document application changes and updates to maintain accurate records and support future development.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a React.js developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other front-end technologies.
- Solid understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.
- Experience in mobile and responsive web development.
- Familiarity with React ecosystem tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Experience working with Git, Node.js, and Docker.
- Ability to work effectively within an Agile, cross-functional team environment.
- Skilled in using browser-based debugging and performance testing tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience collaborating and communicating effectively with clients based in the US and Canada.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 36 months. The role requires on-site presence. Compensation starts from Rs 37,000 per month.
