React Native Developer 2-3 Years Lahore Onsite

We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development to join our IT Development Team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, with working hours from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in React Native and will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will work closely with senior developers to troubleshoot issues, develop new features, optimize performance, and ensure the stability of production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Work with existing React Native codebases, understanding their architecture and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, crashes, UI issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Investigate technical problems and identify root causes efficiently.
- Develop and implement new features based on project requirements.
- Integrate REST APIs, JSON data, and third-party services into applications.
- Utilize real-time communication technologies such as WebSockets when required.
- Optimize application performance, stability, and responsiveness.
- Test, debug, and prepare applications for production releases.
- Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Collaborate effectively with senior developers and team members during development and troubleshooting.
- Maintain clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience in software development with a focus on React Native.
- Strong proficiency in React Native mobile app development for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data formats.
- Familiarity with state management techniques in React Native applications.
- Good knowledge of mobile UI development and responsive design principles.
- Experience using Git/GitHub for version control.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand and work effectively with existing codebases.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience with Firebase services and integration.
- Knowledge of WebSockets or other real-time communication technologies.
- Experience integrating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or other Bluetooth technologies.
- Understanding of MQTT protocol or IoT-based application development.
- Familiarity with Google Maps APIs or location-based services.
- Experience implementing push notifications and deep linking.
- Understanding of Android and iOS app build and deployment processes.
- Awareness of mobile application architecture and clean coding practices.
- Experience with Flutter and Dart is a plus, though React Native remains the primary requirement.
