React Native Developer

We are seeking a talented React Native Developer to join our development team and contribute to building high-quality Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in React Native development, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating scalable, efficient mobile apps. This role involves close collaboration with designers, backend developers, QA, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences and maintain app performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize React Native mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Build reusable and scalable components to enhance app functionality and maintainability.
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, authentication mechanisms, payment gateways, and other third-party services.
- Debug and improve app performance, stability, and security.
- Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Manage production releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and smooth deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of practical experience in React Native development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React fundamentals.
- Experience working with REST APIs, state management libraries such as Redux, Context, or Zustand, Firebase, and version control using Git.
- Solid understanding of both Android and iOS development environments and their respective ecosystems.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and application security skills.
- Experience with app deployment processes and providing production support.
- Practical knowledge of AI agents and AI-driven coding or development workflows is essential.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools that enhance development speed, debugging, testing, and overall code quality.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with Expo and React Native CLI for app development.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines tailored for mobile applications.
- Familiarity with native Android and iOS modules to extend app capabilities.

- Hands-on experience integrating payment gateways and third-party SDKs.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs 29,000 to Rs 60,000, commensurate with experience and skills.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.

Experience

While 1-2 years of React Native experience is mandatory, having 2 years or more in app development is preferred.

Work Location

This is an in-person position, requiring the candidate to work onsite.
