React native developer

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer with at least three years of practical experience in designing, building, and deploying mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of React Native development and mobile UI/UX best practices, along with demonstrated ability to integrate third-party services effectively. Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve mobile applications using React Native. Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate modern, responsive designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to ensure seamless application functionality. Identify and resolve bugs while optimizing app performance to meet high standards of quality and responsiveness. Implement state management solutions such as Redux or MobX to handle application state efficiently. Ensure compatibility across platforms and manage the deployment process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Stay updated on emerging tools, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance development workflows.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years of professional experience in React Native development is essential. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js is required. Experience with backend integrations such as Firebase, GraphQL, or similar services is necessary. Familiarity with React Navigation, Redux or MobX, and Async Storage for managing state and data is expected. Hands-on experience with native modules, push notifications, and various third-party libraries is important. A solid understanding of mobile performance optimization techniques is needed. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills are critical. Experience using Git version control and working with CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with React for web development frameworks like Next.js or React.js is a plus. Strong frontend development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, TailwindCSS, and Material-UI, are advantageous. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies will help in working effectively within collaborative teams. Prior experience integrating payment gateways, maps, and real-time chat functionalities is highly desirable.

The position offers a competitive salary range of Rs150,000 to Rs180,000 per month, along with performance-based bonuses that recognize individual contributions.
