React Native Developer

LinkitSoft is looking for a talented and motivated React Native Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mobile app development who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality mobile applications while working closely with local clients and offshore development teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with in-country customers and coordinate efforts with the offshore development team.
- Participate in meetings with both customer and offshore design teams to understand project requirements and suggest effective software solutions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and technical issues.
- Prepare and deliver clear technical presentations to customers and internal teams, showcasing strong communication skills.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and ensure smooth connectivity with APIs and third-party services.
- Set performance goals and tasks to enhance project outcomes and team productivity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in mobile development using React Native.
- Proficiency with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux-Thunk, and Redux-Saga.
- Experience using React Navigation for app routing and navigation.
- Skilled in integrating RESTful APIs into mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems including Git, GitLab, and GitHub.
- Familiarity with Firebase services such as Realtime Database, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- Experience with Facebook SDK integration.
- Comfortable working with native build tools like Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, especially in an onsite/offshore setting.

Additional Information
