React Native-Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for an unpaid trainee position, working remotely for a duration of three months. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in mobile app development using React Native. The trainee will work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, collaborating with the team to develop and enhance applications while applying their technical knowledge in a practical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of iOS and Android applications using React Native.
- Apply object-oriented programming concepts to build efficient and maintainable code.
- Participate in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party APIs to extend app functionality.
- Support database management tasks involving SQL and Firebase.
- Engage in problem-solving and logic-building exercises to improve application performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the final year project or other assignments, ideally using React Native.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native frameworks.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and data structures.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and Firebase.
- Proficiency in logic building, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with at least one iOS or Android app developed using React Native.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with RESTful API and third-party API integration is highly desirable.
- Completion of a final year project using React Native will be considered an advantage.
