Innovative Technologies is seeking a skilled Real Cash Game Developer to join our remote team based in Pakistan. This full-time role involves designing, developing, and maintaining real-money gaming platforms, with a primary focus on Teen Patti (3 Patti), casino games, and multiplayer card games. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing core gameplay mechanics, developing real-time multiplayer features, integrating backend services and transaction systems, and optimizing game performance. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain real-money gaming platforms, especially Teen Patti (3 Patti), casino games, and multiplayer card games.
- Implement core gameplay mechanics and real-time multiplayer functionality.
- Integrate backend services, payment gateways, and transaction processing systems.
- Optimize game performance to ensure smooth and engaging gameplay.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and maintain existing games.
- Ensure the security and stability of gaming platforms by following best practices in game development and transaction handling.

Required Qualifications
- Strong programming skills with a solid understanding of programming fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Proven experience in game development, including game programming and gameplay programming.
- Mandatory prior experience in developing and launching a real-money game or a Teen Patti (3 Patti) gaming platform.
- Familiarity with real-cash games, casino games, multiplayer card games, or similar gaming platforms.
