Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our real estate team. This full-time role involves working six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, with a competitive salary range of PKR 80,000 to 100,000, plus a commission of 0.5% to 1% on each property sold. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting marketing leads into successful sales, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the property buying process. This position requires strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and a good understanding of the Karachi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable property options tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Arrange property visits and coordinate meetings with potential buyers to facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively close deals.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of, or a keen interest in, the Karachi real estate market and its dynamics.
- Target-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up and closing skills to meet sales goals consistently.
