Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls and follow up with potential clients and leads to generate interest.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide comprehensive information about the project.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Organize and conduct site visits to showcase available properties.
- Clearly explain payment plans, pricing details, and property options to clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively engage clients.
- Confident and professional personality suitable for client-facing roles.
- Basic understanding of sales principles; prior experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Open to candidates with good communication skills who are eager to learn and grow.
- Preference given to graduates.
