We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling residential and commercial properties, managing client inquiries, arranging site visits, and closing sales. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 70,000 to 100,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within the company. The role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships while consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and client referrals to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Present plots, houses, and apartments effectively to prospective buyers and investors.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits, providing clients with detailed property information.
- Negotiate terms with clients to facilitate successful sales transactions.
- Close sales deals and collaborate with the team to complete booking and documentation processes.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of Bahria Town and its property market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work confidently and maintain a professional appearance.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Own transport is preferred to facilitate site visits and client meetings.
