Real Estate Specialist

Constructiv Group is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Specialist to join their team in a full-time remote capacity. This role focuses on supporting the acquisition, management, and disposition of real property assets by conducting market research, analyzing property data, and assisting with due diligence for real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to prepare documentation related to leases, sales, and development activities while maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze property data to support real estate transactions.
