Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain and update client and office records using CRM software.
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for reporting and scheduling purposes.
- Schedule client appointments and manage office calendars.
- Provide basic administrative support to the office staff as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Must maintain a formal dress code during office hours.
- Well-presented, organized, and confident personality to represent the firm professionally.
