Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the facility.
- Offer assistance and clear directions to patients and visitors as needed.
- Schedule patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits using electronic scheduling systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic details and medical history.
- Ensure the reception area, waiting room, and front desk are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with patients and healthcare staff.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
