Objectives

The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring smooth and hassle free tasks of the front desk, along with maintaining office operations by assisting Program Manager in day to day activities.

Job Descriptions

  • Answering telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, transferring calls as necessary and dealing with general inquiries
  • Management of telephone exchange and maintenance of records, bills and parcels
  • Attend to visitors and facilitate external correspondence as well as manage bookings for official meetings
  • Make reports of attendance and movement record of staff on daily basis
  • Preparation and Maintenance of records in physical files
  • Making photo copies of official documents
  • Must report his Line Manager before leaving the office
  • Be prepared to undertake appropriate duties assigned by the line manager

Skills

Skills Required Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills  Very Good communication skill both written and spoken in English & Urdu Typing & Documentation Skills Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge in assessments and program monitoring
