Recovery Agent

We are seeking a motivated and responsible male candidate for the position of Jazz Recovery Agent. This full-time role involves managing customer payment recovery, following up on outstanding dues, and maintaining professional relationships with customers. The selected candidate must be willing to relocate as per the assigned job location and be comfortable with fieldwork and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned customers to follow up on overdue payments.
- Recover outstanding payments in line with company policies and targets.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding pending dues.
- Submit daily recovery reports to the supervisor.
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.
- Adhere to company procedures while ensuring customer confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum Intermediate qualification preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Honest, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned location.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and regular customer visits.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in recovery, collections, field sales, or customer dealing is preferred.
- Salary will be offered according to company policy and candidate experience.

Candidates must be prepared to perform field duties and relocate as required. The monthly pay range for this position is Rs35,000 to Rs40,000. The work location requires in-person attendance.
