Recovery Female Officer

Indus Enclave is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Recovery Female Agent to join their team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal location. This full-time, office-based role focuses on managing client accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining professional relationships with both active clients and defaulters. The primary mode of recovery will be through phone calls and other communication channels, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the Accounts and Sales departments to ensure accurate client information and timely recovery of dues.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients via phone to follow up on due and overdue payments.
- Maintain regular communication with active clients to ensure timely payments.
- Professionally follow up with defaulters and negotiate payment commitments.
- Keep accurate records of client communications, payment promises, and recovery progress.
- Develop and implement effective follow-up and recovery strategies.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams to obtain updated client information.
- Address client concerns professionally and resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and provide recovery updates.
- Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports for management review.
- Meet assigned recovery targets within specified timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in recovery, collections, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional phone communication abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and patience.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.

Compensation and Work Environment
This position offers an attractive salary package along with commission incentives. The pay range is Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month. The role requires the candidate to work in person at the office, ensuring direct interaction with clients and internal teams.
